Hi Bill Roberts   I have some great Investment Quality farms available in Nebraska.

If you know anyone who is looking for some place to put their money on a 1031 or other situation...a typical good farm will cost in the 1-2 million range although I can bundle some farms if the person needs to 1031 in the 5 mil range.

I know there are TIC's in California that are being liquidated all the time. These folks have huge Tax implications if they are not ready to 1031 into something else.

I have great farms for sale with fantastic tenants who will sign 3 year leases and a waiting list of potential tenants.

We are definitely affordable compared to many areas. Although we have seen increases in values for the last decade...they have softened slightly with the lower crop prices this past year. Thanks for stopping by Patricia Kennedy !
