I have been a very active Realtor for over a decade. I've been through the very low real estate cycles as well as have been enjoying the elevated real estate cycles.

 

Over the past several years, I have witnessed a lot of very ugly (for lack of a better term) marketing techniques and forms of advertising of homes for sale by some of my colleagues.

I came across a $400,000 listing yesterday that has been on the market for several weeks and it only displayed one photo of the home on the MLS. How crazy is that??? (maybe that's why it hasn't sold yet)
