The Westchester,CA 90045 Real Estate Market Report is very interesting: Check it out! I live in Westchester so I have been watching the Market Activity very closely since every time I walk my dog, neighbors stop us and want to know how the Real Estate Market is. Needless to say the prices have increased but in all fairness it was a bit of a roller coaster ride how we arrived at the current figures. Well go check it out tell me if you agree:
Needless say those who are not familiar we are very close to LAX that is Los Angeles International Airport at one end of Westchester and at the other end we are next to Marina Del Rey, CA. Now with that said the high end buyers were being priced out of the Marina and it was an adjustment period we went through before they ended up buying in Westchester. At the same time due to the price increases in Culver City. Playa Del Rey and Playa Vista it has reinvigorated the buyers and Westchester has become a choice that they considered still a good value.
Needless to say as you can see we preceive that it has been a bit of a Roller Coaster Ride, but as you can see it is still a very fast Real Estate Market and clearly still very much a seller's Market!
