Homes in the community were built by Americas First Home between 2000 and 2005 featuring one and two story homes and surrounded by rolling hills.
As of June 2016, HOA fees are only $320.00 annually and it covers common areas as well as playground. One phase in Oak Valley subdivision does have access to community boat dock and their HOA fees may be slightly higher.
