Last month it looked like the condos in the $1-2m range were starting to collect inventory, but now those homes are being sold and inventory is climbing slightly in the $500-600k range. Both of those price points have 3.9 months of inventory. While that is a lot compared to the other price ranges it is still low in general and everything is in a seller's market. The homes in the $1-2m range took the longest to sell, 375 days and 260 days. In general, these homes might have longer market times but right now the average market time for available homes in that price range is 89 days, so we will see if the market times lower as the inventory sells. The median sales price for condos in Museum Park was $530,000.

Townhomes in Museum Park continue to fly off the market. The one home in these charts that is available has been on the market for 47 days. One other in the $1-2m range just came to the market, after these charts were available and there will be at least one more very soon. A lot of buyers like to have a few choices, so sellers in this market will have to do their best to make sure their home shows as a stand-out beauty and they will want to price it right to entice a few buyers at once. The median sales price for townhomes in Museum Park was $755,000.
