Closeouts……Homes and Stuff

There was a time about 20 years ago when builders actually had spec homes as well as closeouts at the end of a project that were either fall throughs or builders models formally used as offices. When a builder wanted to get out and close their own loans a buyer could sometimes get a good deal if they could close quickly.

I wonder if these deals still exist? I would guess sometimes, and working with a really good agent could make all the difference in the world. Go it alone or rely on the expertise and connections of a local expert I will get you. Closeouts can be for you. Let's talk.
