What the listing description failed to identify is that the slope was gentle enough to walk up on without having mountain climbing equipment. At the same time that a good size home could be built on it. The buyers did a great deal of investigation and with quite a few hurdles or should I compare it to a Roller Coaster Ride, we still managed to close.
