One of us is an early bird...the other a night owl which is why we say 24 years later we are still married. It stays darker longer these days and it seemed barely light outside and the business line rang....A divorcing damsel in distress...no hot water. The house was listed and it did 
have a warranty ...the hot water heater was fairly new....so David popped out to the listing and found the problem...and Poof...hot water. Yaaah...
On to some marketing...getting a mailing to the printer...a new listing contract signed....an elderly gentleman who appreciates home made anything....so armed with goodies off I went....While David delivers staging items to a house we are about to put on the market.
He calls and asks if I have left the house yet as it's really cold and there appears to be no heat...Gee whiz...first a water heater at one house...now the furnace at another. Must be a no heat kind of day. Attempt to "fire up" the furnace were futile...Called the about to be Seller and he told us who had installed the less than 4 year old
furnace under warranty. Enter HVAC expert....longer story short....a Chipmunk family had set up housekeeping complete with a collection of walnuts and the nest was blocking the air intake...ooops...time for an eviction notice !
Furnace working.....run home and get ready for "Nacco Tacho" Tuesday which this week was a networking session with two lawyers.
