Good morning, Debb Janes EcoBroker and Bernie Stea JD - It appears this builder builds with the intention to offer the best of all worlds! I love the views and that pool high on the hill, location of the breakfast area and family room with walls of windows to enjoy, by the warmth of a kitchen stove and/or the stone fireplace, the central location with curved glass windows to be inspired, and of course the log cabin style too. All of these photos, including the exterior are dreams come true!

Yeah, we don't see folks throwing around millions in that number! Like Beth Atalay I decided to check it out, too. Oh my. A bit like the Parthenon meets the PNW. Interesting. I was wondering with just 3BR/3BA where they got that exorbitant pricepoint. The 165 AC. The barns/arena don't look like a horse has been allowed to step into them at all!!

You know, I was born here, moved to Alaska, and then lived in Portland. I didn't really appreciate this area to the fullest until we moved across the river in 2004. Now, I can't imagine living on the "other side" of the bridge. :)
