When we bought our current house, we were looking for many things that would add comfort to our life and give us the amenities we sought. At the time, I was not in the real estate business so the uniqueness of our home has gotten new meaning over the years.
Our house has become the focal point for all family gatherings. We have celebrated he holidays, there have been bridal and baby showers; a few anniversaries and numerous birthday parties.
Had we tried to build this home, we could not have come close to reaching anything similar of r anywhere close to what we paid for it at the time. Over the years, t has just demonstrated it's value repeatedly.
For us, as we get older, it is special as there are only 3 steps to get into the living space of our home. We have space, over 2,900 square feet on the main level, and I have a 400 sq foot office for myself in the lower level.
It is the house we have made our home, and when we were looking for it, it was desired to have a house that we could live in comfortably when we get older, Mission accomplished.
