Living Spaces - SEO Results - Update

An interesting thing happened when we did this project. We released a series of web videos showing a full demo and home reconstruction on video. The series wasn't scripted. A lot of it was just adlibbed and had zero high end video enhancement. The house that was featured in this video was sold before the reconstruction was even completed !!

On that of that the house was even featured on social media and its web site was given a full SEO treatment. This allowed potential buyers to come over and see the property online.

The SEO - search engine optimization was key - it allowed prospects to locate the property in Royal Oak, Michigan. This is an idea that is going to be further explored. The potential to fill up spaces using social media in addition to MLS is huge.
