Consistency. It's such a hard habit for some agents to develop, but it's a trait I have embedded into my Sacramento real estate business. I've heard clients talk about other experiences with various agents, and the one thing they complain about the most is how attentive some people are until they get your business.
I am very fast to respond to new inquiries. So fast I ace out competitors and leave them in the dust. But I respond to questions during the escrow just as rapidly. I learned a long time ago that when immediacy is not a priority you will tend to forget about it, and that's where half of the real estate population goes wrong.
