This Realtor Extends Fast Service from Introduction to Closing

Consistency. It's such a hard habit for some agents to develop, but it's a trait I have embedded into my Sacramento real estate business. I've heard clients talk about other experiences with various agents, and the one thing they complain about the most is how attentive some people are until they get your business.

I am very fast to respond to new inquiries. So fast I ace out competitors and leave them in the dust. But I respond to questions during the escrow just as rapidly. I learned a long time ago that when immediacy is not a priority you will tend to forget about it, and that's where half of the real estate population goes wrong. Hi Elizabeth: Those little brown geckos in your home don't bite, but they will take care of all those other little critters in your home you DON'T want. Just don't let the color-changers into your house, like the one in your photo. You don't want one to be on your bedspread, looking like your Hawaiian print bedspread. Now THAT would be creepy. And congratulations on your long-distance new listing. As long as you can get the job done so super efficiently, who needs to see you face-to-face? That's the way I work my two-state brokerage; my clients don't even ask me anymore where I am physically--except to drool when I'm in Hawaii.

Hi Elizabeth -- as impressed as your soon-to-be client was with your responsiveness to her initial inquiry, the best is still yet to come....

Hella Mitschke Rothwell Not to brag or anything but I already sold the new listing. I'm feeling good about it because that discount agent tried for 6 months without success. I sold it in 4 days.

Michael Jacobs I stay connected during the day. Unlike some agents, I don't leave my cellphone unattended or forget where I put it, LOL. Plus, a fast response means I don't have to remember to do it. Just do it, move on, go back to watching the parasails over the ocean.

Hella Mitschke Rothwell I think it will rain on Saturday. My newspaper says the parade is changing this year to make it more "Hawaiian" like. So I guess Santa is wearing a colorful Hawaiian shirt in-lieu-of his traditional red garb.
