Credit is tight right now so that means we need to know how money is coming in and out in our small business and family budgets as 2010 rolls out. Personally, I have made some radical business decisions to shift with the market. We all need to look at the bottom line so we can make better financial decisions. 

 

HARRY'S TOP 10 PERSONAL MONEY MANAGEMENT TIPS FOR REAL ESTATE AGENTS

 

 

  1. Overall Snapshot of my Financial Picture right now
  2. Obtain a second quote on all of my insurances from insurance broker
  3. Do not count on that bonus this year
  4. Take better control of ones money
  5. No more impulse buying
  6. Pay cash no credit whenever possible
  7. Obtain a copy of ones credit report to check for mistakes
  8. Put money away for retirement
  9. Purchase rental house for retirement
  10. Put away money for college costs

Hi Harry F. D'Elia The first step in most 12 step programs is to admit that you have a problem. By putting money aside fpr retirement is both an admission of the problem, and a step in the right direction to solve the problem.

Good for you.

But a plan isn't complete without a road map of where you are going. You can call this the GOAL SETTING stage.
