Thoughts On December 31
It's time to say goodbye, but I think goodbyes are sad
and I'd much rather say hello. Hello to a new adventure.

In some ways, this year could be considered akin to a roller coaster. Think of the language of roller coasters...words and terms like catapult... freeform... cutback...point of view...restraint...acceleration.
There have been opportunities. A disappointment. Or two.
The victories that are celebrated and the losses that provide the all-so-important learning experience.
This is life.
And how we approach each new day, let alone each new year, certainly reflects so much about ourselves.
For me, it’s about perspective.
So instead of saying goodbye to 2016, I’m saying hello to 2017.
And the adventures that await.
