Sounds like this is a niche others may be overlooking. We often get asked for homes with in law suites by buyers, many have family who come to stay for longer periods, others need to help or support a parent.

D&B~it's funny how similar the sq ft pricing is in comparison to Fishhawk Lake and yet your view homes and mult-gen homes are so much bigger! Certainly, you walk the talk when it comes to the how-tos of mult-gen living. No one else does it like you two!!!

Yes, they do fetch a higher price per square foot given their sizes. As you know, the price per square foot usually decreases with the sq. footage.
