Happy May 1st!t’s hard to believe these past months have gone by so quickly! It's been a busy week-end with repair negotiations going on and backup offers coming in but still made time for date night with Geno, going to Hudson's soccer game and keeping up with Maggie's volleyball tournament in Houston! They played well ending up in the #2 spot! Somehow it got to be Monday morning so grab your favorite morning brew and join me for some tech support humor to start your week.
Unable To Think Outside The Box
Tech Support: “Good morning, thank you for calling Tech Support.”
Customer: “Hi, I bought a [brand name] laptop, and I want to get it set up. Can you talk me through it?”
Tech Support: “Sure, when you turn on the computer you’ll be asked to type in the user name you want to use—”
Customer: “I haven’t gotten that far yet. How do I open the box?”
Tech Support: “Really, you want me to talk you through opening the box?”
Customer: “Yes.”
Tech Support: “Is this a prank call?”
Customer: “No…”
(The customer actually kept support on the line for 30 minutes asking how to open the box her laptop came in!)
