Creating your Raving Fan List...Yaaaah !

    When you get unsolicited praises sung....they are just the best....and these

Sellers were thoughtful enough to send this letter to the agent who had referred them to us....she promptly wrote back and said we would get ALL her referrals for southeastern Wisconsin and tell everyone in her area we are the "go to people" for all things real estate...awwww shucks ! Not anything I would have thought of.....but a good way to expand your "raving fan" list and build your referral sources.

 We recently sold our home and just wanted to share our experiences with David & Sally Hanson from Keller Williams. Our story started when my wife's sister, Kathy and her husband Pat Johnston, originally from Onalaska Wisconsin, dealt with a great realtor in their area. (You) :)

 

Pat & Kathy gave us your contact information so that maybe you could give us a referral for someone from Keller Williams in southeast WI. You referred us to David & Sally and thought they could probably do the job for us. We interviewed several realtors and listened to what they had to say but they were like every other salesman. They always talked about how many homes sold last year and not enough of what they could do for us. Per your suggestion, we contacted Sally and David Hanson and they gave us a whole bunch of different options. David had answers for everything. The wealth of knowledge that David has goes to carpentry, masonry, plumbing and just about everything. David came out when the house was inspected, which in our opinion he didn't have to do! We had a crack in our basement wall and he said not to worry that's a frost line crack.

 

 

The buyer wanted a foundation company to check the crack. The specialist started measuring the crack to see if there was a bow in the wall. The specialist says that we had a 5/8 inch bow. David says I'm going to go and get my level. He comes back in with his level and found out that the company that came out to check my wall was measuring it wrong. Here it was only a quarter inch.David didn't have to come out and check that, but he went the extra mile again! Dave and his lovely wife Sally, are both a wealth of knowledge and we found out that as soon as we met them. They said that if anything needed repair, "don't worry we have people" Sally marketed our house with very unique comments, reassured us it was going to go smoothly and not to worry! Everything went exactly just like they said. We can't tell you enough how we really appreciate Sally and David!

 

We believe that They pay as  much attention to our house as if it were a  $1 million house! We were very nervous because we were first time home sellers but they reassured us that all would go smoothly, and it did! In addition to being professionals, they were also extremely personable! We would recommend them to anyone.
