Zestimate lawsuit says they are practicing appraisals do you agree?

About the seller filing a lawsuit against Zillow it seems more have joined the case and its a class action suit. The part that I foudn interesting was they threw out an interesting twist that Z is practicing appraisals without being licensed.

In the link above with my last post I point out in the NBC video that Zillow spokesman state listing agents and buyer agents give value, while thats true we are licensed and dont say they are apprisals or that we are appraisers. The thing that will be interesting is to see if that interview is used against them in court, since they compare themselves with those that are licensed.
