Rachel Lindsay and Bryan Abasolo are Engaged and happily in love!
After a brief courtship and careful scrutiny on ABC's The Bachelorette, Rachel and Bryan have declared their love for each other, announced their engagement and are looking towards their "happily ever after". After rejecting all others, Rachel Lindsay made sure that Bryan Abasolo was the last man standing and won the top prize. The power couple is planning a winter wedding.
Meanwhile, the South side of Atlanta has a romance and love story of its own. One of South Fulton's most intriguing properties (1968 Enon Road) has also found its true love and is now engaged (under contract) with a marriage (sale pending) planned for the special new owners. After receiving multiple offers, all other suiters have been rejected.
Following a brief courtship, the Buyers proposed and presented their engagement ring (in the form of earnest money). The Sellers said "YES"!!!
Buyers have now completed their dating (due diligence), overcome hurdles (an inept appraiser) and received their wedding gifts (financial incentives from their lender). There is nothing left to do now, but get the final blessing (from the underwriter) and jump the broom.
The "Bride to Be" is quite a looker -- immaculate, recently refurbished and ready to take the Buyers on a fabulous honeymoon and life long journey. They will build lasting memories together, share precious moments and enjoy each other for many years to come.
The big wedding date (Closing) is scheduled for August 15 when the Buyers will put up the rest of their dowry and seal the deal (snatch this brick beauty off the market for good)!
