Some Housing
Stinks!
While checking on a housing project I spotted this beautiful Blue Jay resting on a porta potty on site.
I could easily make this a post about the "flood smell" that I never knew about until Minot's devastating flood of 2011 being so many are learning learning about it first hand now from the recent floods due to hurricanes.
I could make this post about pet odors as every Realtor I know can share a story of how a house was only worth a fraction of it's potential value due to carpets and walls saturated with pet urine (and owners thinking nothing of it... except "I'll give a $50.00 carpet allowance).
I could post about those things but I just wanted to say what a joy it was to capture this Blue Jay on my phone as he gave me plenty of opportunity to take his picture. I just wish I would have had my camera along instead of just my phone.
