Thanksgiving Day 12 Thankful for my husband

Debbie Reynolds held a challenge to be grateful and thankful. I missed the last day as we were super busy. I could not leave out what I am most thankful and grateful for that is my huband Bob Gilbert. He is the love of my life. I am blessed to wake up to this man every morning. He makes life such a joy. He does things around the house to make it easy for me its the simple things like making the bed so when I get home from working out I do not have to do it. Washing the wine glasses. He makes me laugh at just the simplest thing. I hate Walmart for so many reasons not applicable here but I knew when I went to WalMart with this man to run errands and I was doubled over in laughter I knew he was the one.

 

He has allowed my parents to live with us, and then when my mom passed he let me dad stay on as he would not fare well alone. I know some days it is not easy. WIth each passing day I love this man more. We treasure our time together and we need to carve out more time for each other with this crazy schedules of ours.

Laughter is something that I always told my boys to look for in a girl too - if you can laugh together...and often...your love will get you through the tough times together too, Yolanda. 

I love that he helps you out too - and even makes shopping at Wal-Mart an enjoyable event! LOL
