Real Estate stories from the trenches - Nothing to say Sundays 59

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Godzyk Real Estate Services NH License 033394

Another week gone by which means another week closer to Spring. Stocks are up and STOCKS are down, rates are up, temperatures went down.... It was a long week here with many battles in the NH Real Estate world I work and live. I ordered my 2018 USA OLYMPICS SHIRT and will be wearing it proud today.

Coming in 2 weeks... Where's Scott? Stay tuned.....

18 more days to meteorological spring. That  is it - I have nothing more to say, But have some points to point out...:

Active Rain has a new challenge. Read how I responded to the: THE YEARLY REAL ESTATE OLYMPICS -How do you prepare?  READ ABOUT IT HERE.

THE FLU STOPPED A HOME SALE - but then found me another sale. How did that happen?  READ ABOUT IT HERE.

It what was a story made to feature. THE BEAN BAG CHAIR THAT ALMOST KILED A SALE READ ABOUT IT HERE.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A HOME DOES NOT HAVE A HEATING SYSTEM? A atory for the ages that was most over looked  READ ABOUT IT HERE.

WHAT IS THE BEST PLACE TO FIND HELP FOR HOME OWNERS WHO NEED WORK  AROUND THE HOME? READ ABOUT IT HERE.

Is THE FLU SLOWING DOWN HOME SALES IN YOUR AREA? READ ABOUT IT HERE.

The moral of the story is that anytime of year is a good time to buy or sell that you are ready. There is a difference from agent to agent.DO not choose just any agent, but choose the best agent. Choose a better agents for better results.

My philosophy is simple, provide more personal and professional service to guide my clients through each step of the buying or selling process. All Agents are not created equal and every buyer or seller should take the time to hire the BEST not just the biggest. Those that hire me, find a dedication like no other.

Good morning Scott. A lot of snow in Chicago, stocks are up and down, many are falsely concerned about rising interest rates and yet, life goes on! Enjoy your day!

So here I was, Scott, looking to see what you had to say today and then I remembered it was Sunday and that you wouldn't have much of anything to say!  Hope you're having a lovely day.

Hi Scott- you know, I'm glad you do this weekly series because I've been busy this week and couldn't make it to every post I wanted to. So "where's Scott" in two weeks? Should be fun.
