It's Monday Morning and a special day for Geno and I, our 24th wedding Anniversary!  Saturday I went on a listing appointment, Hudson and Beckett came over for a few hours, I received my first offer on my new listing and Geno and I went to a soft opening downtown on 2nd street for North Restaurant..what a home run! Love their new digs.

Sunday received another offer and went back to agents for their highest and best. Held and open house on my new listing with over 60 people coming in to view! Came to terms with one of the offers and its Under Contract! Great way to end the week-end!

Did you know wine may protect teeth by destroying bacteria that cause cavities?

I'm fighting off tooth decay one glass at a time. You're welcome.
