As I see it . . . . . . . .
Empowerment
Empowerment of others creates a sense of ownership in what the person is doing . . . . it will ignite their personal energy. Empowerment will elevate the level of a person thinking . . . . and performance . . . Stretch their capabilities . . . . and will bring out the best in the person.
When you empower a person. You’re showing that you have confidence in person . . . . and in their ability to successfully get the job done. Empowerment is also showing that you trust the person . . . . and their judgment to make the right choices.
People who are empowered will find a way to get the job done . . . . and will work together to accomplish their objectives. They also will experience personal growth . . . . and you will be rewarded with a dedicated and productive people to work with.
An empowered person will work longer and harder to achieve success through a sense a personal reasonability.
Great leaders empower others find that the empowered person becomes more productive . . . . and will accomplish more as a result of being trusted and empowered.
