Make it a point to begin your day with a smile and a positive attitude.
So, which step have you reached today?
Of course some days it is easier to hit the top step and say "Yes, I did it!" and that's because of your attitude. If you start each day with an "I want to do it" or "How do I do it" (if you already have a challenge set for the day), then you have a great chance to make it all the way to "Yes, I did it". But if you start your day with "I won't do it" or "I can't do it" you are already beginning your day in the hole.
Make it a point to begin your day with a smile and a positive attitude. I believe you will find that you will be able to say "Yes, I did it" everyday!
