Wild Mushroom Sandwich Melts
Chef Dolores does spoil me with gourmet meals. For our lunch at home, she made wild mushroom sandwich melts. She toasted slices of Dave's Killer Whole Grain Bread, topped the bread slices with wild mushroom deli slices from Field Roast Grain Meat Co. and topped the open faces with Gruyere cheese. She then heated the sandwiches in the oven to melt the cheese. Delicious.
Our beverage was iced tea but a nice glass of wine would have been even better!
