This week there were 4 homes sold (closed) in this very narrow category of stick built, single family homes located in the City limits of Minot. A look at the Red chart below shows there were 12 closings overall to include all properties in our MLS. Of the homes that closed this week the average days on market was 63 compared to last weeks 97 days. Over all homes sold faster and for slightly more money per square foot this week.

Be sure to note the line above as this is a very restrictive report. There were 4 homes sold in this limited category. The most expensive home sold for $226,000. and it was on the market for 75 days. The least expensive home sold for $52,500. and it was on the market for 61 days. Average days on market for the 4 homes sold was 63 days. Of the homes sold the average price per square foot (total square footage) was $100.79 (compared to $96.85 last week).
