Arizona is a state with low property taxes, appreciation has always been good, and the weather is fine.
Some complain of heat, that only happens about three months out of the year, nine out of three for great weather is great odds.
2 When having a mortgage, and most people do who are buying their first or second home, being able to write off your interest on your income tax from your mortgage is a huge advantage.
3 It is YOURS! Want to plant a garden, you can! Some people have a garden twice a year in Phoenix Arizona.
Want to paint a room or two, and want one room purple and one yellow? You can because it is your home, you are no longer renting.
