The Pacific Palisades, CA Single Family Market Trends Report is published. It has been a while since I wrote about this market, so one of my clients called and asked why I have not written about it in a while. So with that said let's look at the Market:
Not wanting to sound repetetive, but if you looked at my previous five market trends report tonight, you would notice there is one common trend. The number of homes on the market are paralleling 2016 when it comes to listed properties.
The Days on market keep decreasing, that is also very simmilar to the other pockets of Los Angeles. Hence with that said I might go out on the limb and say that prices have increased. Now let's look at the real numbers instead of my guess:
