Sales are down at all price points | CAR | Lauren Selinsky Broker

According to the California Association of Realtors the June numbers are in and the sales prices are down at all price points. It is the price of homes in CA that keeps some buyers wanting to buy from buying. After all, the median price is $611,420.00. California, the place people want to live at and people do not want to leave. Sales are down, but there still is a slow growth in the active listings...
