Wash And Wear  The advantages of things that are wash and wear are numerous.  While we may think of things that are connected to clothing, the extent and reach of aspects related to wash and wear go far beyond your closet.  Maybe those referenced aspects are tailor-made just for you. 

it really isn't that much of a stretch to link the concept of wash and wear to other things.  The convenience factor in life is important and that factor certainly plays a part in the appeal of wash-and-wear.  How often do we see that term "convenience" when it comes to real estate...especially regarding location?  And location really does matter...so much it is often repeated three times location...location...location.  Is it done for emphasis?  Or just in case you didn't hear it the first time?  I wonder.  

Repetition often matters.  And you likely have previously heard this quip.  Perhaps numerous times:

I couldn't resist.  Well, I guess I could resist but why?  Wash and wear came to mind for seemingly no reason and while quotes on that particular term are rather limited...sometimes  finding one seems like it is just the right fit.  Right now.  And for this moment.  For a bit of levity.. .albeit a small bit.  And I believe wash and wear has some relevance to real estate and other things beyond what we may typically consider when we think of the term.
