Does it ever fail. I plan a trip to Florida to see my people. I leave Saturday. A lead I have been following since mid November wanted a proposal but they can't meet with me before I leave. I have to own up to the fact that I will be away for 12 days. I do have back up and this property I can list with very little help from my backup. The pictures I already have. It is just putting up signs and lockboxes. I do not know if they will list with me. I hope they do. I will do a great job for them and get their homes sold.

My buyer seems really interested right now. She won't leave me and I will give her my backup's information.

So I sometimes think a Realtor should plan to travel every other month. That way they will stay very busy.

Hello Debbie - real estate happens everyday. That said, there often seems to be some type of cosmic occurrence of planned time away versus activity of many kinds. Go forth, have a good time in Florida. Plan accordingly.
