Specific neighbrohood reports are great to do on a quarterly basis!

(In January I sent a postcard to 210 homeowners in my neighborhood and over 72 requested the report!)

1) Pull your area's history from 2005, 2006, 2007 and YTD for 2008!

2) Average Days on the Market Comparison

3) Average Sales Price

4) Average List Price to Sales Price Ratio Comparison

5) Residential Homes SOLD Comparison

 

 

If you have been in the business for more than 1 year - you will get a big bonus to do a personal comparison of your personal stats compared to that of the area! If you have been in the business less than a year - talk to your BIC or office trainer and use your company stats!

 Once complete you can use this to post to localism as well and use it for listing presentations and marketing!
