It's Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day and my flag is up outside. We've had cold temperatures at night but blue skies, sunny and bright during the day. I was able to make one of Handsome Hudson's last basketball games on Saturday and then went to visit my Geno and bring some red roses..his favorites. I met with new clients on Friday and we will go to market in March. I met with some past clients on Sunday and will go to market in March and begin looking for another home soon.

I'm excited for a visit from an old friend who played an important part in my life and my children's in the 70's and 80s....we are all excited to spend time with her.

Did you know Austin's housing market is breaking records? 84% increase since 2010 in sales of single family homes.
