Today' radio interview for Minot Today was with Blake Krebseth, Broker/Owner at Watne Realtors in Minot.

Blake Krebseth, Broker/Owner of Watne Realtors in Minot ND gives us the beat on Minot Real Estate market during this current health crises. Watne Realtors holds brokers license #4 in the State of North Dakota and licenses 1 - 3 are long gone. Blake tells us about a procedure they are using at Watne during this crises that I had not heard of any other Realtors using to protect Buyers and Sellers alike.

Around my area video showings are up.  However, most of our buyers are still wanting to see it live, not on a video.  If I were in the market, which I am, I want to see it in person

Hi Bob... my county has made it all easy for us... no in-person showings, period, end of story. They've just agreed to let us show vacant homes, but I'm finding that buyers are often not willing to risk going into stranger's homes.

I get that Nina Hollander even though it would not stop me (I'm not scared to go into others homes if invited). In fact I will be doing it this afternoon for a remote Notary signing.

Hello Bob, We are shut down in Colorado of showing homes till April 27.  Even property managers can not show rentals!

BUT do the rentals get shown Will Hamm ? I ask because one property management firm in town has never shown rentals... they always give the potential renter a key and say "go take a look and bring the key back". It's worked for them for decades.
