April Contest Professionals Helping Others
What a great challenge for tough times. What people sometimes forget is about the law of attraction, ever notice if you smile at someone they smile back. If you project negativity you get negativity back. So, let's smile and help someone get through these tough times. People never remember what you do but they certainly remember how you made them feel!!
I am so proud of our industry for being so positive. We are moving forward virtually. Education and real estate do not stop. We adapt.
There are so many ways REALTORS are helping each other, our clients, and the public. We are looking for ways to show the good, the kindness, the compassion, and the concern for public safety.
I thought this would be a perfect contest for April.
Write a post sharing how we are showing the positives of real estate right now, how professionals can help each other, their community, and of course, clients, including buyers and sellers.
Many of you have already written posts that fit into this category. Share with us the way we can be calming at this time.
I would also like to encourage everyone to make contact with other members who have been absent from AR. Maybe they were just too busy; maybe they just got out of the habit of blogging, and time has gone passed.

Bring a member back!
Get a member who has not blogged in six months or longer, to post and each of you will get an additional 500 points.

Of course, there are some rules to get your 1500 points plus the bonus above.
1. Your post should be at least 350 words – I’d be surprised if you can write an effective community post that doesn’t exceed this requirement.
