My First Wordless Wednesday !!!!

How Fabulous!  I am so glad that your gym is open for you.  Many people don't realize how important this is for those who are avid workout participants.  They also don't realize how responsible people will be to keep the equipment clean so the gym remains open. 

Good for you Barbara, and bet you were there early to me the people that open.

Hurray for you.  When we used the gym in Napa which was connected to the hospital facility, we always cleaned whatever we used, prior to using and afterwards, even though they were very diligent about keeping it clean...Enjoy!

By the way, our casino is open in Santa Ynez..  The Chumash Indians who own quite a bit of land have a state of the art casino (so I am told and venue for entertainment.). We have not been there because they allow smoking---they are their own nation...and we do not gamble, nor would we want to see a show with smoke around us!  A

Our gyms are still closed, including the Y. Good thing we have plenty of hills here, an outdoor class I occasionally join, and a Pilates video which I faithfully work out with each week.

Hi Barbara,  Sounds like you were more than ready to open the gym.  I trust it was an enjoyable workout.  Ours are just opening, but I haven't been out there yet.

I am so happy for you!  Our numbers supposedly started to rise, so our gyms closed back down.  I was just getting back into shape from the previous shut down, haha.

Barbara,  I share your gym enthusiasm! I keep the equipment cleaner than my house :)

Gee, I am happy for you, Barbara!  By the way, what is a 'squat?'  I sort of think I heard the word before.. Hahahaha...  Janie here in Orlando -- you know, the one who would rather research anything with depth and meaning than spend quality time in a Gym...  Yah, I know Barbara Todaro and that is probably why my sciatica acts up.... huh?!?
