Pictured is a cove of trees we met in the forest last Friday. Ron and I enjoy the Los Padres National Forest (a 30 minute drive from our home), whether we are driving through it, or park the car and take a hike. Like the ocean for us, it is a way to reconnect with nature as well as the nature of ourselves.
