Thanks everyone for the comments. As for those who are wondering where the little house pictured is located, it was inside Disneyland, during a trip my family made there in 2005.

I knew at the first builder's meeting who would be a resale shortly after closing!!! I was usually right..... the first time buyer homes were always a happy closing with excited young people who knew how fortunate they were to have their first home.... a small starter home with the excitement and love bursting from it....
