Oh, I totally could have! That looks fantastic, Endre! We did rib-eyes in the Ninja cooker that night. It's the first time we've tried steaks in there and they turned out really well. We had mashed cauliflower and brown butter corn to go with the steaks.

Trying to stay away from carbs so, I made mashed cauliflower to fool myself that I was eating masked potatoes! LOL

Nope - I've had them roasted, cooked in bacon, wine, sugar added, etc. Turns out the bitter taste that some of us really detest is a result of thiocyanates, an acidic antioxidant, and glucosinolate compounds that are released during the cooking process.
