Good morning, Beth... a wonderful report on Clermont. People in Charlotte did used to move every 4-5 years on average... that average has gone way up to over 7 years in recent years. I have clients who've now been in their homes for 15 years or more and it's not like those homes had been intended to be their "forever" homes.
