Hello Gary - when I read/hear a notice of an open house that informs me "to bring my vision" I know I should not expect turnkey and ready-to move-in condition. Hopefully, a prepared buyer visits 724 Windsor Lane in Key West. Opportunity may be knocking. . . Or maybe it's something else.
