Southern Utah Golf & Real Estate: Rules of Engagement
Rules of the golf game consist of a standard set of rules, regulations and procedures by which the sport should be played. The same concept can be implemented in real estate when working with home buyers and sellers.
A clear understanding with a good sense of comradery, goes a long way toward successful end results among all involved. Of course, in golf, bad play days are expected but when practicing real estate, that does not apply.
Being fully prepared to handle any hazards along the way, continuing forward progress in a timely manner is crucial. Respect, honest intentions and cooperation are a must when engaging in real estate and the golf game.
Taking the emotions out of play encourages a clearer, focused mindset. At the end of the day, a celebration may be warranted if the set goals are reached. If not, plan another day with the opportunity to get it right.
