I had never really thought about looking back at my most viewed posts. I was happy Joan Cox shared her top three. It is enlightening. I think I will look back over 2021 and see what my top posts have been too. Thank you for the inspiration, Joan.

It is interesting and fun to look back over the year and see which posts got more attention and views. Which ones got the most comments, or likes? Gives me a good idea of what I should be writing about for 2022.

I was SHOCKED to see what post had the most views -

# 1 Denver CO Market Trends - February 2021

COVID had been around for a year by this report, so maybe buyers and sellers were wondering what they should do in the spring market.

#2 What is CLEAN?

There are always different views on this topic!

#3 Cities opening up.... Slowly

It was interesting to see it was not an event that got top spots! It was all real estate related posts! Have you looked to see which ones took the top spots?

I do know that my most viewed post is an event in Charlotte that garnered over 40K views!! While it doesn't have anything to do with real estate, it's local and I have gotten calls on it.

Ok, Debe Maxwell, CRS, I fibbed. I have one outlier post that has received 68,000 views. It was just a market update in 2012 and there is nothing remarkable about it. There is a big drop off after that to 16,354 views for a home that I featured for a friend. I didn't even list the house.

It is pretty interesting to look back and see what seems to be the most popular posts. Not sure what to do with it all yet, except keep writing and maybe make sure my market updates are interesting.
