Hello Margaret - I am not sure if someone needs to love the property they are considering purchasing but it's important that it "checks off" a substantial number of things on the requirements on their homebuying list . After all, in my opinion, real estate like life does involve reality. Does that mean they should really really really like a home? Well, sometimes there is a sixth sense (or some other influence) that comes into play.

Margaret a house is the most expensive purchase anyone makes in their life, so even in a super strong Sellers Market like the one we are in, serious thought needs to be given before signing on the dotted line.
