I am getting too old for this.
I am at that age where I really had hoped to never make another move either at work or at home again. At least this move is an office move within the same building so no packing or shipping will be involved.
As you can see from the picture at the top of the post I have some prep work to do painting and filling in holes and cracks. The good news is that I am more than doubling my space and my rent will be a quarter of what it is now.
Obviously the down side is the decent DOWN the steps and that there is no elevator available. More GOOD news is that the Art Gallery can use all walls down the steps, in the halls, and of course in the office and the gallery area it self. The feature picture at the top really only shows about half the space of the new Gallery (that was being used as a dance studio).
The picture above is an attached storage room that has a beautiful wood door separating it from the gallery as well as it's own separate door to the hallway. It should be a great room to keep my printers and office supplies in. Another plus is that I have my own restroom (large) that I do not have now.
Lot's of work to do over the next two weeks. I will show my progress as we move forward.
