No. 1 - Spicing up posts with catchy titles and photos gets attention! When blogging, engaging an intended audience, can make the phone ring for business. I highly recommend it for increased exposure.
A post I did a few years ago talks about an article that disparaged blogging, saying it has no business value. I never expected to be visited by mythical unicorns who fart real estate leads but blogging does work!

I continue to get phone calls from past clients about local community market trends, monthly and yearly local events, sales and statistical driven reports. Some have resulted in closed transactions!
No. 2 - Be helpful when possible to others within the industry. This next post talks about professional standards and the importance of slowing down the process to avoid making hasty or costly mistakes.
That last brisk market had most of us rushing around to be in best offer position because that was the only way as a buyer agent to achieve their goals. No time or room for weak work ethics!
Most of use know how time should be spent but an occasional reminder can be most welcome. Offering insights to fellow bloggers shows care while being an active participant in the AR community.
My 14th year of blogging here is coming up in January 2023. Am still enjoying the online company of like-minded industry pro's, the education and ah-ha moments. And if someone happens to send business...
