Hi Kat Palmiotti - I am amazed at how it all came together.  There is a meeting room as well.  I can see companies renting the whole place for special events.  

Hi Wayne Martin - This will give the Enchantment Resort a run for its money.  Spending time at the Enchantment Resort is how we ended up in Sedona. 

Hi Nina Hollander, Broker - That price tag is just for February.  It goes up from there.  By April it goes up to $1800 for the starting price.  Those atriums close to the forest are $2500!  But, there will be people who will pay that price.  I will be curious to see if the demand equals supply and how it affects the pricing. 

Hi Michael Jacobs - I just found some info on the owner of that property that I am going to post tomorrow.  He had one of the largest homes built close down Soldiers Pass.  It is really something. 

Hi Brian England - During peak times at the highest priced unit, it would cost $10,000 for a 4-night stay.  YIKES!  But, let's not forget what the Air BNBs are going for in Phoenix this week! haha

I am going to be curious to see how these rates do.  I also heard that our Enchantment resort just raised their rates to the $1200 range.  Enchantment is a top-tier resort.
