John: It is a nice secluded setting yet no more than 5 minutes to the Taconic Parkway. Do you think this would make a great weekend place? I think so. And when you consider you have access to the Roe Jan and trout fishing it gets even more attractive.

Ray : Would you like some snow? I would like to give it away. Can't wait for the snow to melt so I can take new pictures. This ia an area where many New Yorkers have second homes.

Wow, what a great shot of the water! My husband, the appraiser is standing over my shoulder telling me that trout fishing stream has a "contributary" value of at least $150,000....lol. I told him he NEEDS a second home in New York so he can go fish for weeks at a time! Great post, good luck.
