Here is the latest sales statistics as of June, 2008 on Ocean View properties from the South Bay Coastal Cities. Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Hollywood Rivera and Palos Verdes Peninsula.

As you can see by the chart below the price per square foot in remaining stabil and on the rise. Expect more rise in prices and homes for sale next few months. We have the most number of pending and closed sales in the last 3 months of 2008, chasing 2007 statistics.
